Who we are
Printon Plastics specialises in marking and branding plastic moulded components using pad printing and hot foil printing processes.
The business has been trading for over 21 years and is backed by more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience. We work primarily B2B, supporting manufacturers who need clear, durable and repeatable markings.
Although we are a small team, our focus is on process capability, consistency and practical technical advice. This allows us to support both short runs and ongoing production work without overcomplicating the process.
We take an honest, engineering-led approach and will always advise clearly on suitability, limitations and expected results.

Assembly work formed part of the business during its first year; we are now fully focused on specialist printing processes.

Where required, we recommend sample runs to validate adhesion, appearance and durability before full production.
Hot foil tooling
Hot foil dies are sourced through trusted specialist suppliers. We manage the specification, approval and integration of tooling as part of the overall process.
This ensures tooling is correctly matched to the component, material and finish requirements.
Capability & capacity
Our setup combines specialist knowledge with flexible production capability.
We operate seven semi-automatic pad printing machines and two semi-automatic hot foil printing machines, allowing us to support a range of component sizes, finishes and production volumes.
This provides the flexibility of a small specialist supplier with the capacity to support repeat and ongoing production work.
Quality & approvals
While we do not hold formal ISO accreditation, we have been audited by large international organisations and hold approved supplier status with multiple customers.
Our focus is on meeting customer-specific quality requirements, consistency and traceability.
